Patient records are strictly confidential and staff members adhere to privacy legislation. Privileged patient information is shared, as required, with other health professionals by whom the patient is being treated.

On-site Visits – Aged Care Facilities

Our prosthetist is available for on-site visits at Aged Care Facilities and dental clinics. Our technicians can take impressions for patients on-site where this may be more practical than visiting the clinic.

Likewise we visit aged care facilities to take impressions for dentures and other appliances where facility residents may find it difficult to attend the clinic.

On-site visits can be scheduled by prior arrangement with our staff.

Patient & Visitor Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all staff, practitioners, and visitors.

 

Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other patients will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Individuals engaging in such behaviour may be asked to leave the premises and may be refused future access. Where necessary, appropriate authorities may be contacted.

 

We kindly ask that all visitors remain considerate while in the waiting and reception areas. This includes supervising children appropriately and maintaining a reasonable noise level to ensure a comfortable environment for others.

 

Our reception team manages both in-person and phone enquiries, and a calm environment allows them to provide the best possible service to all patients and clinics.

Facility Information

Our laboratory operates within the Doctors of Lalor practice and works in affiliation with the clinic. We ask all visitors to respect the shared environment and adhere to the standards expected within a professional healthcare setting.
